  • Full-time government employed public defender (city, circuit, county, or federal) and all the PDs in my office/circuit are 2019 GACDL members. This price DOES NOT include CLE credit.

Venue: The room block is currently open until 10-14-2019!  You can make reservations online here, or call Brasstown Valley Resort at 706-379-9900 and say you are with the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  Every year Brasstown sells out.  Be sure to book early!  If they are already full, please get on the wait list.  Every year people get rooms off the wait list.  

No cancellations after October 8, 2019. Substitutions are welcome. 

Registration: Preregistration and online registration closes at 5 PM on Tuesday November 5, 2019.

If you register online and do not complete the payment process, please call GACDL to let us know how to intend to pay.  If you register, do not pay, and do not show up for the event, you will be charged.  Need help with registration?  Call the office if you have any questions.  404-248-1777  

If you wish to walk-in to this seminar, please check our office voicemail on Wednesday November 6, 2019 to see whether or not we still have seats available: 404-248-1777.  This seminar can sell out.  Walk-ins please add $20 to prices on the brochure. 

CLE: 10 CLE hours (applied for)- 1 professionalism, 1 ethics, and 3 trial practice hours. 

Materials: Will be emailed to paid registrants to the email that is listed for you on the GACDL website on Wednesday November 6, 2019. Check your email address by simply searching for yourself here.  Be sure to check your junk mail folder for an email from GACDL containing a link to your materials.  

Invoices: We do not invoice for CLE, t-shirts, or other items after the seminar. 

Cocktail Reception: Our annual cocktail reception for seminar attendees is Friday night (November 8) and is sponsored by A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds. (404) 224-5688

The office closes for the seminar on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.  The GACDL office will reopen Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
