GACDL 2015 Spring Seminar

Registration

  • Associate, Contributing, New Attorney, Public Defender, Regular, Substantial and Life member (after 2005) choose this option. This price includes CLE.

  • Law school student who is a member of GACDL. May pre-register if space is available. We ask you to please call the GACDL office the Monday before the seminar to check on space availability. 11 Hours of CLE. CLE will only be reported to the bar with payment and seminar check in. No cancellations for this event after April 1st. Substitutions are allowed. If you register online, do not complete the payment process, and fail to show up at the seminar, you will be billed. GACDL does not refund for court matters. Please take a leave of absence. 11 Hours of CLE (applied for). This includes one hour of ethics and one hour of professionalism. CLE will only be reported to the bar if you have paid the CLE rate for registration. You must also check in with GACDL staff at the seminar in order to receive CLE. 

PLEASE NOTE: Attendees make their own hotel reservations with Sea Palms Resort on Saint Simons Island. Check in for hotel rooms will be in the hotel conference center this year. This is new! You may wish to discuss this with the hotel before you arrive. 

PLEASE NOTE: All attendees are expected to pay for this seminar in advance of the seminar or at the door. If you are a PD and your office cannot get a check mailed to GACDL before we leave for the seminar, you can pay us personally, we'll give you a receipt, and your office can reimburse you. 

If you register online, do not complete the payment process, and fail to show up at the seminar, you will be billed for your registration. 

No cancellations for this event will be accepted after April 1st. Substitutions are allowed. GACDL does not refund for court matters. Please take a leave of absence from the courts. 

A link to the materials DropBox will be emailed to participants after office hours on April 28th. You must be preregistered and prepaid in order to receive that email. PLEASE check your spam/junk folder as well as your inbox for the email with the link to the materials (the materials are in a link, not in attachments). If you are in a PD office, you may need to check your email from home in order to access the DropBox.
