The 2024 Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program Application (aka Bill Daniel) is linked above, below, and available on the GACDL website.  Acceptance into this popular program is by application only...don't miss the deadline...apply early!

Program Directors: Christine Koehler & Wes Bryant

Event Location: UGA Center for Continuing Education & Hotel

Attendance for the entire program is mandatory

Only 30 GACDL members will be accepted into this prestigious trial skills program. Designed for attorneys with limited trial experience, the program includes trial skills training (CLE credit awarded), lodging, social events, meals (all meals except two dinners), hands-on & on-your-feet instruction, and trial practice reference materials.

Bill Daniel features a dedicated, nationally recognized faculty of outstanding criminal defense practitioners who donate their time to this program. Last year's faculty included: Carmen Brooks, Adrienne Browning, Angie Coggins, Arturo Corso, Sam Dennis, Devin Franklin, Zanele Ngubeni, Natasha Perdew Silas, Carlos Rodriguez, Jason Sheffield, Ryan Swingle, Suzanne Tevis, Teri Thompson, & Sandy Wallack.

GACDL is grateful for the investment of the Georgia Criminal Defense Lawyers Educational Foundation (GCDLEF). GCDLEF's scholarships subsidize most of the costs of this program -- a substantial investment that helps ensure GACDL member attorneys are best equipped to provide quality representation for all.
