  • Life members (prior to 2005) may choose this option. This does not include CLE. If you want CLE, please register using this option, then call or e-mail the GACDL office to let us know that you need CLE. Mail your check for $70 or bring it to the seminar.
  • Full-time public defenders employed by the state, county or federal government who are members of GACDL may pay this rate IF every attorney in your circuit/office is a GACDL member. If you are a member, but everyone in your office is not a GACDL member, please pay the regular member rate. If you are a non-member, please pay the non-member rate. This price does not include CLE.

This seminar is open to GACDL members only. No cancellations after February 21. Substitutions are allowed. Speaker materials will be emailed to paid registrants on March 6. Be sure your email address is correct on our website to recieve materials. You will receive a manual at the seminar. (Savannah attendees will receive their manuals after the seminar.) If you wish to attend in Savannah, please call to be sure we have seating available. GACDL is closed the day before seminars. 7 CLE hours.

Pre-registration for this event is now closed. We have some walk-in availability in Atlanta. Savannah is sold out. 

This seminar is open to current GACDL members only. For prices, please see the brochure at the link above. No cancellations are allowed after February 21. GACDL does permit substitutions. 

Pre-registered, pre-paid attendees will receive the newly updated 2013 copy of Doug Peters' "Defense of the Child Molestation Case in Georgia" manual at the seminar in Atlanta. ($75 value)  

Speaker materials will be emailed to pre-registered, pre-paid attendees on March 6. Please be sure your email address is correct on our website so that you receive your materials. (Check "Lawyer Search" to verify your email address). These materials do not go on our website. The only way to receive these is to register for this event. 

Walk-ins: We currently have about 20 spaces for walk-ins on Friday.  We welcome GACDL members to walk-in.  Please note that if you walk-in register or register early online but pay at the seminar, you will receive your speaker materials by email after the seminar. In addition, you will receive a copy of your manual by mail after the seminar. To guarantee a seat and a manual at the event, you needed to pre-register. 

Savannah: Seats in Savannah are now SOLD OUT. We can no longer accept any more registrations here. Savannah attendees will receive their printed manuals by mail after the seminar. 

As a reminder, the GACDL office is closed the day before seminars for seminar preparation. 

Law Students: Law school students may not participate in this training; however, we welcome students to our training in May.
