  • Associate, Contributing, New Attorney, Public Defender, Regular, Substantial, and Life members (who became Life members after 2005) may choose this option. This price does NOT include CLE.

  • Full-time public defenders employed by the state, county, or federal government who are members of GACDL may pay this rate IF every attorney in your circuit/office is a GACDL member. If you are a member, but everyone in your office is not a GACDL member, please pay the regular member rate. This price includes CLE.

Hotel Reservations- To book hotel rooms call 1-800-201-3205. Please tell the representative that you are with the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers to receive the GACDL rate. You can always book online by clicking here. 

No cancellations after October 3, 2018. Substitutions are welcome.  

Registration- Preregistration and online registration closes at NOON on Wednesday October 31st. 

If you register online and do not complete the payment process, please call GACDL to let us know how you intend to pay. If you register online, do not pay, and do not show up for the event, you will be charged. Need help with registration? Call the office if you have any questions. (404) 248-1777  

If you wish to walk-in to this seminar, please check our office voicemail after October 31st to see whether or not we still have seats available: (404) 248-1777. This seminar can sell out. Walk-ins please add $20 to prices on the brochure. 

Materials- They will be emailed to paid registrants on Wednesday October 31st after 5 PM. Materials will be sent to the email that is listed for you on the GACDL website www.gacdl.org. To check your email address, simply search for yourself here. Be sure to check your junk mail folder for the email from GACDL containing a link to your materials. 

CLE- 10 CLE hours (applied for)- 1 professionalism, 1 ethics, and 6 trial practice hours.

The office closes for the seminar on Wednesday October 31st at 4:30 PM. The GACDL office will be closed on Thursday November 1st for travel to the venue.

We do not invoice for CLE, t-shirts, or other items after the seminar. 

Trivia! Back by popular demand, we will be having trivia on Friday night at Brassies from 8:30-10:00 pm. It is limited to the first 10 teams to form in Brassies (50 people max). Questions? Call us (404) 248-1777. 

Yoga! Start your day right with another year of relaxing yoga! We will have two free sessions of beginning, restorative yoga. The sessions will be held Friday from 10-11 am and Saturday 7-8 am. Open to the first 20 people. Mats will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own. Questions? Call us (404) 248-1777.
