Place

This CLE will be a live webinar.   Participation will ONLY work while the CLE is airing.

There will be limited technical assistance during the CLE.

Registration

Registration closes at Noon on 28 January 2021.   Only paid registrants will be sent a link to the webinar, Zoom room, and materials.

Be sure the email address confirmed in your registration is accurate because that email address will be used to send you further Webinar information and details.   GACDL members can check their email address here.

Details

  • 8 hours of CLE 1 professionalism, 1 ethics, and 3 trial hours.   CLE will only be reported to the State Bar if you have paid the CLE rate at registration and checked in for the Webinar.
  • To the extent possible with a remote broadcast, attendees will be able to ask questions of the presenters.
  • We won’t be together hanging out at the State Bar, but on Friday, (29 January, ~ 5:45 PM) there will be a one hour Zoom Room happy hour option that we hope will be a good opportunity to connect to your GACDL friends.  Be sure to select “interested” for the Zoom Room Happy Hour when you register.   Closer to the time of the event, more details will be sent to attendees who have selected “interested.”  Sponsored by:
