• Life member (prior to 2005) or Sustaining member- Paying for CLE Online – $70.00
  Life members (prior to 2005) or Sustaining member may choose this option. This includes CLE if you plan on paying for CLE online ONLY. CLE is $70. If you plan on mailing a check or paying at the seminar, please select the other life or sustaining member option.

  Life members (prior to 2005) or Sustaining members may choose this option. This either does not include CLE, or should be selected if you plan on paying for CLE at the seminar. CLE is $70. The website will not allow emails to be sent to you if there is an open payment. We gladly accept payment at the seminar, but want to ensure that you receive the materials prior to the seminar.

  Full-time public defenders employed by the state, county, or federal government who are members of GACDL may pay this rate IF every attorney in your circuit/office is a GACDL member. If you are a member, but everyone in your office is not a GACDL member, please pay the regular member rate. This price includes CLE.
• Public Defender- Special, No CLE. – $210.00
  Full-time public defenders employed by the state, county, or federal government who are members of GACDL may pay this rate IF every attorney in your circuit/office is a GACDL member. If you are a member, but everyone in your office is not a GACDL member, please pay the regular member rate. This price does NOT include CLE.
