Materials- There are three sets of materials for this seminar:

 1) State v. Avis Stone case materials- Doug Peters would like all attendees to read these case materials prior to the seminar. The case materials will be sent to preregistered and prepaid attendees immediately upon completion of payment. If you do not receive that email, please call the GACDL office at (404) 248-1777. We recommend that you register for this seminar by Valentine’s Day in order to receive your case materials two weeks in advance.

2) Speaker materials- You must register for this seminar in order to receive the speaker materials. We do not sell these, or put them on our website. The speaker materials will be emailed to all preregistered, prepaid attendees via the GACDL website on February 28th. Walk-ins will receive the speaker materials by email during the seminar. Please be sure that your email address is correct by clicking here and entering your name.

3) Doug Peters' "The Defense of the Child Molestation Case in Georgia" (updated for 2018 seminar)- Manuals will be passed out to preregistered attendees at the seminar. If we have room to accept walk-in registrations, we will have some extra manuals on hand. We cannot guarantee that we will have ordered enough extra manuals for all walk-ins. If we run out of the manuals, we will ship them to walk-ins after the seminar.

This seminar can sell out. To get a seat, please preregister online. Preregistration closes at noon on February 28th. If you register by mail and we run out of seats, we will notify you. If you mail your registration the week of the seminar, we may not have time to notify you that the seminar is sold out.

No cancellations after February 10. Substitutions are welcome.

CLE- There are 10 hours of CLE (applied for). All hours are trial practice/regular hours.

The office closes for the seminar on Wednesday February 28 at 5 PM. The GACDL office will be closed on Thursday March 1 for set up at the venue.

We do not invoice for CLE, t-shirts, or other items after the seminar.
